Welcome to Patuih ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our realtime pub/sub event gateway, website, developer console, and API services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Patuih provides high-performance, event-driven realtime WebSocket and Pub/Sub routing services designed to synchronize applications and handle high-throughput event data. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice or liability.
3. Accounts & Security
To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including session tokens and API keys. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Transmit any payload containing malware, viruses, or destructive code.
- Launch Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against Patuih edges or nodes.
- Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, inspect, or disrupt Patuih network nodes.
- Exceed the usage limits associated with your subscription tier.
5. Billing & Subscriptions
Some features of Patuih are paid (e.g., higher connection counts, larger message payloads). All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing and structures by providing notice through the developer console or via email.
6. Intellectual Property
The Patuih name, logos, website layout, network designs, and core infrastructure code are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to utilize our APIs and SDKs solely to develop applications utilizing our platform.
7. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PATUIH, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
